Everything is. The decision to label something good or bad, helpful or hindrance - those are decisions made by egos with agendas. Being hyper-sensitive in our logic-based world can feel like a hindrance and yet the tool it can become when working in the world can feel like a deep and precious gift. These things go back and forth, gift to hindrance depending upon a situation or particular moment in time. We are the ones who decide unless we turn our power over to others and allow ourselves to be limited by their judgements and decisions, which often says more about them than us. Blessings all ♥️
