“Nervous disorders consist primarily in an alienation from one’s instincts.”
Carl Jung
Thoughts: There is a fearlessness to living an authentic life; courage is needed to stand out amongst the crowd. Courage, and role models help. A recognition that life and death are mixed up together not in an either/or relationship but in a both/and dance of sorts. We are growing, evolving beings living in a growing, evolving world. There is always a bad habit or immature way of seeing the world dying off as we grow and expand more fully into ourselves. Little deaths, letting go of old patterns that no longer serve will blend into newer ways of being in our world. A dance from what was to what is to what could be and back again. Life lived fully, embraced at all levels and stages. Forgetting how to trust our instincts seems to be a part of the age of algorithms and logic based decision making. So we turn off the media and walk a trail or dance in our living rooms. We feel into ourselves and trust our instincts, our untamed, wild selves. This is us and we are delightfully alive in the moment. Blessings ♥️
