Wanted to let folks know I’m off on a road trip to do my first story as an independent journalist!

Destination: Springfield, OH! This is the city with the large Haitian community Trump slandered during the campaign last year with his disgraceful accusation about people eating pets. I was there; they weren’t.

Now he’s kicking them out of the country, canceling the legal status of thousands of hard-working people, sending them back to the chaos and danger of Haiti. I’ll be there later today.
