This didn’t make the newsletter as it was covered well by Belltown United’s July newsletter, but the demolition of the Lexington-Concord apartments has begun at 2nd & Battery. The 59-unit building is set to be replaced with 83 affordable units, which unlike the former building will also include some 2 and 3 bedroom units more accommodating of families.
