I've been reading about the Neolithic revolution lately. When humans learned to farm. I was very shocked to learn the average height went from around 5'10" (180cm) to about 5'5" (165cm) for men.
Now it makes sense why hunter gatherers would raid early cities and farming villages. If I saw a little village full of manlets, I'd also be filled with the desire to commit violence.
Also can you imagine hunter-gatherer chads walking into a Neolithic village and being like 2 heads taller than all the men there. It must have been incredibly easy to pick up some stone age poon.
Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
