Kristi Noem is a LIAR. This woman DID NOT "weaponize" her vehicle.

This is NOT supported as a factual conclusion...it’s a prosecutor-style framing that ASSUMES intent...and a specific kind of attack that the best-described evidence (video + witness/local official accounts) does NOT clearly show.

To “weaponize” a car…means using it as a weapon ON PURPOSE (i.e., intentionally attempting to strike or kill).

The available videos...shows movement and repositioning....but they do NOT establish intent to injure....especially given the reverse/forward sequence and agent positioning described.
