Easy 2-ingredient plant based dinner:

1. Microwave veggie fried rice (sold at Sprouts, I think TJs has em too)

2. Frozen shelled edamame for the protein.

3. Add your fav asian sauce and seasoning (think: soy, teriyaki, miso, honey, coconut aminos, sesame, rice vinegar, etc)

4. If you like a lil spice: chili flakes, or if you’re fancy chili crunch (Momofuku brand is great).

Pair it with a fruit smoothie (±/- a protein and/or fiber if you need extra). Dessert optional from there 😋

I like to finish off with a peppermint tea or anything that soothes you and helps you relax into your evening. Occasionally I’ll pair with a glass of red or white.
