I just published The Living Lens: Kaleidoscope in Focus, the first article in the relaunch of Tracy Talks to the Machine.

The Living Lens is a values-based framework for putting mission, vision, and values into practice. It emerged from the Kaleidoscope in Focus process, as well as my own experiences with peer support, lived experience, nonprofit leadership, social work, and community-building.

This first piece tells part of the story of how Kaleidoscope helped me find connection — and later gave me opportunities to lead.
