Thread (ish): so I’ve been in France on a little personal pilgrimage with my son to see St. Mary Magdalene. Firstly, I visited the Cathedral La Major in Marseille which houses Lazarus skull. He was the first bishop of the city when he, Martha, Mary, Maximin and various other apostles landed in France and evangelised. Yesterday, we made our way to Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte-Baume to visit the Basilica of Mary Magdalene where her skull is encased (see pics).
