At How Mom AI, we publish short reads that create small, meaningful movements. If you want straight forward answers to simple questions, you will find them here.
At my time at Amazon, I learned that brevity is a forced discipline. Amazon limits documents to six pages, which often leads to thirty-page appendices.
The classic pattern is: we dump thirty pages of data, cut it down to make it simple, realize we lost the narrative, and then scramble to add stories back in. In the final hours, we slash the text again. I often joke that when we don't know what matters, we just hide the rest in the back.
It is difficult because nuance makes it hard to cut content. It’s a practice and we will get there.
