Have you tried the panacea called “low dose naltrexone” (LDN)? The research shows it’s beneficial for innumerable diseases:

I have two friends who recently got enormous benefit from it. One (K.) found that less than 1mg of naltrexone took away most of her opioid withdrawal symptoms and let her get back to living life. Another, Andy, found 0.3mg naltrexone daily was the one thing that saved him from MCAS, a living hell that more and more people are experiencing. He also found it vastly improved his memory, mood eyesight, and ADHD: substack.com/profile/35…

I somewhat hesitate to recommend naltrexone, because the way it works is still a mystery. There are some known mechanisms of action, but mostly, we have no idea. However, it’s one of the safest and cheapest drugs there are, so it makes sense to try it out while you work on the basics of health (listed at detox.u-dont-exist.com ).

Caution: the dose that works for others may not be the dose that works for you. To avoid common side effects, you should consider starting around 1 microgram (volumetric dosing, I would dissolve it in DMSO to prevent degradation), and then increase. Especially if you are currently using opioids you must be careful with the dose because at a certain dose threshold it would put someone like that into precipitated opioid withdrawal which is nasty.
