Because of the Jake Sullivan and former CIA director Bill Burns, Ukraine was not given what the USA promised to give on time (in 2022) and less than 1/20 of what the US could have given. Why?

Because Biden was too slow to jail Trump and to help Ukraine.

Biden's program was to spare Russia from losing their war in Europe, while keeping Ukraine afloat and sovereign. -- Such a mid position is never positive, it's always goes pro-aggressors. Now we have Trump who joined Putin in his war in Europe.
