Three of the Ogala Lakota men who were taken by ICE are being held at Fort Snelling, a former concentration camp used to house Native Americans during the Dakota Wars.

ICE has no jurisdiction over Native Americans.

They’re not breaking any laws. There’s nowhere to deport them to. They were here first.

They’ve been kidnapped.
