I want to say something important. I want you all to recognize that independent journalists could be elevating Justin Pearson every day. The media could be elevating him. The DNC could be elevating him. Instead, most of their efforts involve going on to right-wing podcasts to normalize extremism. You see that in independent journalism too. So many of the big publications here spend all their time reacting to republican transgressions rather than responding with actions of our own. The simple fact is that the DNC is so damned racist they don’t want to elevate somebody like Justin Pearson. The same is true of our independent media that only covers what Marjorie Taylor Green says and they never elevate decent progressives. That’s social conditioning. That’s control. Many of the platforms out there, the ones you think are helping, are actually working against your interest.

If a platform is not elevating good, decent, hardworking people who are responding to transgressions instead of just reacting to them, then that platform is working against you. There are a LOT of them.
