Newly minted AG Pam Bondi plans to challenge some of Biden’s pardons in court on the grounds that the people pardoned had not committed any crimes. If she plans to prosecute any of those folks if their pardons are reversed, she will have to contend with her own words which immunized those whose pardons are reversed. So much for weaponizing the DoJ.
