DC USAO Jeannine Pirro said today at her press conference that Judge Boasberg said the government needs probable cause to issue a grand jury subpoena to the Fed Board, but he said NO such thing. She is just wrong that he said that. He actually said the exact opposite. She also did not address his decision that the subpoenas are pretextual and to harass.
