My take on the Hearn reflecting pool indictment: it is an indictment, actually, NOT of Hearn, but of Trump and his Department of Justice. Trump falsely deflects blame for his conduct on a scapegoat, his DOJ does his bidding no questions asked, and now the FACTS prove both Trump and the DOJ told complete falsehoods about Mr. Hearn.
The DOJ attempt to blame the Interior Department agency shows DOJ does not understand its role: it has the responsibility to investigate and assure itself of the facts BEFORE, and not AFTER, it seeks to charge someone.
Hearn should seek sanctions, IMHO.
