A lot of creatives fight the organizational process.

I once heard an editor this analogy, and I love it:

Creativity without structure is like pouring hot coffee onto the table: it spills everywhere and is hard for others to enjoy.

Creativity with structure is like pouring coffee into a mug: your thoughts have a home, a place to go, and a way for people to consume them.

Why serve up a mess when you can offer a killer latte?
