Congress just voted to erase protections for America’s most iconic wilderness.

Using the Congressional Review Act, lawmakers overturned a 20 year mining ban protecting the Boundary Waters. One vote. No environmental review. No second chance.

That move hands a pristine freshwater watershed to a foreign mining company and makes the rollback permanent. CRA reversals cannot be restored by a future administration.

No appeal. No fix. No reset. This is unprecedented and it must not stand.

These types of mines have a 100% fail rate and when this one fails it will destroy one of our crown jewels.
