A Closer Look at the Saturation Challenge

To illustrate TV’s saturation challenge, we can look at the 2025 New Jersey gubernatorial primary. Earlier this year, over $100 million was spent in the Democratic primary. And just 20% of TV viewers received about 70% of linear TV ad impressions. That’s a lot of impressions to very few people:
