Simply find it interesting that a pathetic russia co. builts a warehouse in a tiny town that wasn’t used much. People living there that I personally spoke to said they didn’t understand why until now.This russian co. Sold it to Ice, to You at 5 x’s the value that was assessed 1 year ago. The tiny town had no say in the matter. Now they cut electricity and water to the facility of a million square feet.
