Flashback to NYC winter. A red tug boat on its way downtown on the Hudson River heads under the George Washington Bridge in Washington Heights (northern Manhattan.) A frozen NJ is in the background. One of my favorites, I got lucky, I saw the tugboat and waited for it to get just the right shot.
