My reaction to the auto moderator that Substack turned on automatically: It would have been nice if we had been given the option of turning it on, not required to opt out of a thing we didn’t know was being foisted upon us.
It had been turned on by Substack when I checked my own settings. I had to turn it off.

You can just turn it off.
