As for Judge Boasberg, there is substantial argument that takes issue with the substance of his TRO, which is an injudicious and illegal use of judicial authority to usurp the Constitutional authority of the executive. He leveraged a questionable habeas corpus petition to issue an order covering all non-citizens across the whole territory of the United States. He unilaterally suspended the Alien Enemies Act, which he does not have the authority to do.

There are good reasons these miscreant judges may find themselves being impeached.

The role of the judge is to say what the law is. Not to say what the law should be.

Boasberg seems not to understand that. For that failure, impeachment is the Constitutional remedy. In the meantime, as his rulings are repugnant to the Constitution, they are void and without substance.
