In reading through your “Informed Learning - Education” thoughts, it sparked a recall of a quote I had heard first through an old Bob Proctor Seminar. He shared this:

“An educated man is the one who can entertain a new idea, entertain another person, and entertain himself.” Sydney Herbert Wood

It stuck with me then, and through your thoughts, continues to do so. I believe that hosting and inviting perspective allows for the forming of wisdom.

Effective hiring of humans (through my 55k hours of interviewing) was only possible by doing so. Hiring and searching for others successfully can only come through opening and allowing multiple perspectives. If we’re closed, the same results continue. Opening up allowed evolution and discovery and growth, for our teams and ourselves. It’s all echoing what you’re sharing 💗
