Lovely post and great images. I can certainly relate to that struggle, sometimes even with a short ride. I’ve found that the best approach is to be accountable to someone else AKA finding a peer group. And start with small approaches, like the one you did. So, in some way, maybe you already broke the theoretical/practical divide. Now, it just keep having fun while doing it.
