Sorry I took so long to read this one Matt. I don’t know why it touched me deeply. Watery eye and everything… The dog does not even know it is “broken”. God, the stories we tell ourselves and project onto others. We don’t even know we live in this web of trauma and thirst for belonging. Mostly we go about our day unaware we are filled with these stories and imprints.
