Thanks for sharing your opinion. I agree that discipline and setting limits are important in raising kids. But I don’t think being calm and understanding with children means a parent is weak or selfish. Gentle parenting isn’t about giving in, it’s about teaching kids to manage their emotions and learn right from wrong in a respectful way. Just like traditional methods, it has its place when used properly. Every generation changes how they raise their children based on the world they live in. It’s not always about being soft , sometimes it’s about being smart and adapting.
Strong societies are built not just on toughness, but also on patience, understanding, and learning from both old and new ideas.
