Regarding the "two heads is better than one" comment, I do not know if you saw this post by Ethan Mollick (oneusefulthing.org/p/th…). I think an interesting aspect of their study is that individual+AI is only slightly less productive than team+AI, and both significantly better than an individual or a team of individuals.
