Your approach to symptom flares is exactly what they advise in the program. It is possible to over-rest and that just reinforces to our brains that we’re in danger when really we aren’t. I do still sometimes have a 48-hour delay to activity flares, but I just react calmly and pull back just a bit. Congrats on your gains! We are going to dig out of this, and then we’ll meet up in the city for a celebratory toast! 🥂
