I appreciate how you said, “heterosexuality is NOT the equivalent of holiness…self control is.” There are people who experience same sex attraction & they have submitted their sexuality to God. The goal is not to be straight. The goal is to be holy. Jesus was tempted, but he did not sin. The presence of temptation does not = an act of sin.
