So, this is me. Dissent is my pseudonym. A pen name. Dissent in Bloom is my newsletter. I am the only one who writes this.

One thing that sets me apart from a lot of creators is what I’m willing to talk about. Some people are scared to sound “too radical” or get called “blueanon” or whatever insult is trending this week (I am an independent, BTW).

But here’s the thing I might get emotional, I might get dramatic, but I don’t make stuff up. If I say something, it’s because I found proof. And if I’m speculating, I will tell you I am speculating. And if I’m wrong? I will correct myself.

I’m not here to regurgitate the same headlines you’ve already seen, then pretend I’m some rebel voice. I’ll use mainstream sources, sure, but they’re not my go-to. I file FOIAs, dig into 20 year old news articles, court records, and even property records, etc. My belief is that almost everyone has their angle, their agenda. The truth is usually hiding somewhere in between. And that’s what I’m chasing.

I also believe in doing what’s right. Including talking about the people being targeted by ICE and the Trump administration. This is something so important to me..

Most big media is owned by billionaires. That’s why independent media matters. This platform? Yeah, they’re owned by them too. But I am not, and so far they haven’t shut me up. So I’m gonna keep talking.
