If I wanted to keep my well paid job and brilliant career as a surgeon I would have kept my mouth shut about the mandates and the jabs.

If I wanted to keep subscribers and make the MAGA crowd happy I would have kept my mouth shut.

If I wanted to avoid offending anyone I would keep my mouth shut.

But I will not keep my mouth shut.

Not because I didn’t care about my career or money or because I want to offend anyone.

I speak because I care deeply.

Because I am driven to tell the truth as I see it.

Because I must be honest with myself.

And because humanity is walking into a trap and someone has to sound the alarm.
