“Senator Thom Tillis of North Carolina could cast the deciding vote on Bove’s dangerous nomination as soon as this Thursday in the Senate Judiciary Committee.

But Senator Tillis appears to be ducking his responsibility by telling reporters he’ll simply follow his staff’s recommendation to go along with Trump’s pick of Bove. That would be shameful!

If he votes for Bove’s nomination, Senator Tillis would violate his clear pledge to REJECT any Trump nominee who has downplayed the severity of the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol. See more on Tillis’ pledge below.

• Let his staff know you want Senator Tillis to VOTE NO on Bove. This is the most effective way to register your opposition to this alarming nomination.
