Had to deal with FedEx many times in my working days. In the past if you just kept say "representative" over and over would work to get you a live person. I strongly suspect that no longer works. I caught a delivery person dropping off an Amazon package at our house last month. I ran after him before he pulled away to let him know it was wrong. He asked me "are you sure?"!!! Uh, think I would know if I ordered something or not!!
