I was an early client of Khaite back when the brand began in 2016 so that is almost 10 years. The client base were individuals who wanted quality understated pieces with a slight edge. Initially their prices were not at the exorbitant level they are now, and the line was a lot smaller. Now they are drowning in skus, many items feel thoughtless, and the quality has gone down. They used to have an amazing online archive sale and their seasonal sale added items almost daily as well as increased discounts as time went on. I blame venture capital money, expanding too much too soon, and tagging celebs who wear it.
