At a time when the world is numb or screaming unheard, it reminds me that telling the truth needs story as one of its many necessary vehicles. R3 this morning - a Hungarian conductor (I will go back and check but at about 10am) spoke about how when we listen to Beethoven, we want Beethoven’s notes from Beethoven’s imagination and Beethoven’s work. And we trust in that. X
