These are great, Faustin. As the Head of an all girls high school we moved the junior ring ceremony to All Saints Day. This gave the opportunity tap into the universal call to holiness as the foundation of true leaders and give an additional celebratory feel to the Holy Day. Moving the ceremony from an evening event to during the day after an all school mass allowed the opportunity for the whole school to participate in the tradition. We had seen a drop in attendance and ring orders and this format helped underclassmen look forward to the tradition, while moving it to the fall also meant that the students had a longer window in high school to wear the ring.
