Love the article! Normally I try to avoid buzzwords, but lately I’ve been using “prompt engineering” more often. I’ve found that defining the right context—especially one that mirrors the actual business process—leads to much better results when working with agents for corporate automation.

A lot of know-how still lives in employees’ heads when it comes to these processes, and it’s often that hidden knowledge that really elevates the context we can give an agent. I’d love to design (or discover) a system or set of steps that helps capture this information and translate it into usable context for the agent.
