I love that idea and will definitely have a go with chord progressions. I’ve been toying with the idea of revisiting Bach chorales that I used to HATE in my A levels but I do see now how they’re helpful for understanding harmony. Your idea made me think about how I could write ditties for modern Morris music- they tend to have an A and a B theme and the 2nd and 4th phrase tend to be the same so very easy to see how I could at least write a phrase a day in 5 mins!
