Perhaps a starting point could be Australian superannuation firms being required to offer a diversified SME investment bracket, that could be elected by their members as a place to allocate a portion of their capital, like some of them do with Climate, or other specific profiles. If there was more dry powder available to early stage capital through a mechanism like this, then that could be a fund of funds, enabling DD to be done even on startups etc through third parties.
