Thank you..I find this to be so true. I have had to deal with a coworker’s manipulation for so long. I see her pattern so clearly where leadership does not. I have dealt with it as professionally as I can- **I also save emails, examples-(another INFJ trait). I am now fed up enough from her treatment that I calmly call out her behavior in meetings. It gives me satisfaction to hear her fumble and try to explain her actions. Don’t keep pushing this Irish INFJ :)
