Camus once said that the question of suicide is the only real problem in philosophy. I used to agree with that. Then I went to therapy, got on medication, and actually dealt with the depression and anxiety that had been hounding me for decades.
Now I don't think it's much of a problem at all. Makes me wonder how much philosophical thinking is just post hoc justifications for a someone's personal demons/hangups.
