i totally can relate my company started a new program during covid and the next 3 years was awesome but we left our foundation that had made the company successful since 1936 which was a huge mistake. A couple years ago a new president took over and he quickly recognized what was happening and started putting the foundational programs back and now growth is happening throughout the company😀. Change is sometimes needed but also core values are so important.
