I very much appreciate Katherine’s summarising the central conclusions that I have drawn from the noise and propaganda all around us.

I’m sure we all hope that our deductions are wildly off the mark ( pun intended). Nothing would please me more. However I don’t think we are wrong, sadly. Re-learning the power of a firm “No” together with getting yourself right with God are among the essential shortlisted things to focus on.
