Jennifer Couture has had it. The Fort Myers mom and wife of surgeon Dr. Ralph Garramone blasted TikTok “predator” Danesh Noshirvan and his “scumbag” lawyer Nick Chiappetta in a fiery statement. Couture says both men smeared her family with lies and acted in bad faith, even after U.S. District Judge John E. Steele torched them in an August 12, 2025 ruling. Steele found Noshirvan and Chiappetta engaged in “brazen bad-faith misconduct.” Couture accused Chiappetta of lying on his website, contradicting Steele’s order. She’s calling out their dark-money ties, deceitful tactics, and “modus operandi of malice and malfeasance.”
