Who knew which line would be the one that overbuilt the system. So much capx is being used to build these data centers out to what benefit? Like Fiber Optic a lot of poor innocent bundles of cash is being set afire. Is the reality of Fiber Optic what was visualized in the late 1990's.

Not as I remember. Today it is the backbone of digital transmission. But a lot of capital went "POOF" to make it happen.

In typical American fashion, we will over buid these data centers and put a bunch of them in the wrong places.

But that is down the road. A lot of fortunes will be created and destroyed as it plays out.
