Would not logic and equity and compassion lead us to “sacrifice” the excess wealth of a few billionaires rather than the actual lives of millions?

Someone just told me that the 100% tariff on pharmaceuticals is “good news” because it’ll lead to lower prices long term when drugs are manufactured in America.

I pointed out that many disabled people can’t wait for the “long term”… they will die now if they can’t access their medications.

His response?

Sometimes we have to make sacrific…
