Aha, the old CO and or smoke alarm predicament !

Tibber and our smoke alarms are a recipe for trouble. He knows that any odor of smoke in the house will soon be followed by the ear piercing sound of the smoke alarm. Actual smoke or not, he promptly goes bonkers and tries to escape the house to put mileage between himself and the alarm.

This is worry some as we are merely 100’ off the highway, and the most common cause of death for Tibbys is to be struck by a vehicle. He managed to get out once but I was able to hunt him down before he reached the road.

Once secured in a distant travel trailer, the hunt is on to determine which smoke, CO, or other electronic device is causing the mayhem. Having finally eliminated the obnoxious blasts, it’s time to sooth and bring down Tibber’s

elevated level of stress. Amen!
