A fried of mine attended the graduation of a family member from the USMC Boot Camp a few months ago. Over half the recruits were Hispanic, many of whom had parents who don’t speak English. The other half were a ton of blacks/mulattos and very few white guys. They told us that the crowd gathered to watch the graduation was a sad lot, too. The few white families were chubby, covered in tattoos and wearing t-shirts and pants with holes. There was no sense of decency, honor or decorum.
